“Excellent, fast service, and very responsive to my e-mails. My story: I bought a used Meta Quest 3, thinking I'd save myself some money before they went up in price. Unfortunately the thing bricked a couple months later. It would turn on, but go into a black screen. After doing some research, apparently this is a fairly common problem. I tried quite a lot of things to fix it but nothing worked. I went to Meta's customer service, but it wasn't under warranty anymore. They did offer me an Out of Warranty service, but it meant I would have to send my broken headset in and they would sell me another refurbished one at the same price I originally paid for it. Obviously this didn't seem like a good deal, so instead I looked for repair services and Hardware Healers was one of the few I could find. I took the risk to ship my headset across Canada and I was quite nervous about it. I wasn't sure if they would be able to fix it. Thankfully they diagnosed the problem quite quickly, and were able to replace broken parts on the device. I've been using it for the last week without any issues. I'm very grateful, and I would highly recommend this service!”
