Hardware Healers Mail-In Repair Process
Step 1 – Fill Out the Repair Form
Download our Hardware Healers Drop-Off Repair Form HERE. (or find it below) Complete the form, read the waiver, and sign off at the bottom. Print both pages, Page 1 gets included inside your package with your item that needs repair and Page 2 can be used to affix to the outside of your package .
Step 2 – Pack & Ship Your Device
Before mailing, please remove any password protection from your device. Carefully pack your console in a secure box or padded envelope and send it to us using your preferred shipping method. Be sure to include the repair form!

Step 3 – Let Us Know It's on the Way
Once your system is shipped, send us a quick message via our Contact Page with your tracking number and shipping details (if available).
Step 4 – Diagnosis & Repair Approval
As soon as we receive your device, our skilled technicians will inspect it and provide you with a detailed repair quote.
✅ No bench fees – you only pay if we fix it!
✅ Once approved, we will add your device to our service queue and begin repairs.

Step 5 – Payment Options
Once your repair is complete, payment can be made via:
💳 E-Transfer: Send payment to repair@hardwarehealers.ca
🚫 Google Pay is not available in Canada at this time.
Step 6 – Return Shipping & Rates
After payment is received, we will carefully repackage your device and send it back to you.
📦 Shipping Costs: Rates vary based on package size. Large parcels may be subject to higher rates. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
🌍 International Customers:
If shipping from outside Canada, your package may incur customs/duty fees. USPS usually charges lower fees, while UPS and FedEx almost always add extra fees. Any customs charges we receive will be added to your final invoice.

All esitmated shipping prices below are based off a 16 x 12 x 6 inch 10lbs package (Roughly PS5 size shipping box) **** Prices will vary depending on package size and shipping location..
Canada Zone 1 : $25 - $35 ( Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, PEI )
Canada Zone 2 : $35 - $50 ( Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, Alberta, British Columbia, Yukon Territory, Northwest Territories, Nunavut.)
USA Zone 1: $50 - $55 (MN, IA, MO, AR, MS, AL, FL, GA, TN, KY, IL, WI, MI, IN, OH, WV, WI, VA, NC, SC, PA, NY, VT, ME, NH, MA, RI, CT, NJ, DE, MD, DC)
USA Zone 2 : $55 + ( AK, AZ, CA, CO, HI, ID, KS, LA, MT, NE, NV, NM, ND, OK, OR, SD TX, UT, WA, WY)

At Hardware Healers, we stand behind our work! If an issue arises after your repair, we're here to help.
Our Warranty Covers:
✅ If the original problem returns within the warranty period – Full Coverage
✅ If a new issue appears related to our original repair – Full Coverage
🛠 If a new, unrelated issue appears – Partial Coverage
🚫 If the issue occurs at your location but cannot be reproduced in our shop – No Coverage
🔹 Warranty Exclusions: Our mail-in warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or physical abuse.
Coverage Details:
🔹 Full Coverage:
- We will repair your device at no cost to you.
- We will cover shipping both ways (Canada Post regular mail only).
- If you choose an expedited or express courier, we will only reimburse up to the cost of regular mail postage.
🔹 Partial Coverage:
- Repairs will be completed at a minimal charge, disclosed after inspection.
- You will cover shipping to us, but we will cover return shipping to you.
🔹 No Coverage:
- You are responsible for all shipping costs (both to and from our shop).
