Step 1 – Fill Out the Repair Form

Download our Hardware Healers Drop-Off Repair Form HERE. (or find it below) Complete the form, read the waiver, and sign off at the bottom. Print Page 1 and include it inside your package.

Step 2 – Package Your Device

Before drop-off, please remove any password protection from your device. Carefully pack your console in a secure box or padded envelope to keep it protected. Be sure to include the completed repair form inside the package!

Step 3 – Drop Off Your Device

Once your system is packed, bring it to our secure drop-off locker, available 24/7 for your convenience.

  1. Arrive at the drop-off location. 129 Durham Street West, Lindsay, Ontario ,K9V2R6, Canada
  2. Place your packaged item inside the drop off box.
  3. Send us a quick message via our Contact Page with your drop-off confirmation.

Step 4 – Diagnosis & Repair Approval

Once we retrieve your package, our skilled technician will inspect your system and provide a detailed repair quote.

โœ… No bench fees – you only pay if we fix it!
โœ… Once approved, we will begin repairs and update you on the progress.

โณ Turnaround Time: Repairs typically take 1-2 weeks, but if you need it done faster, we offer a $60 rush service per item to skip the queue. Payment for rush service will be processed before repairs begin.

Step 5 – Payment Options

Once your repair is complete, payment can be made via:

๐Ÿšซ Google Pay is not available in Canada at this time.

Step 6 – Secure Pick-Up

After your payment is processed, we will place your repaired device in a separate secure locker for pickup.

  1. We will send you a unique access code once your system is ready.
  2. Visit the secure pickup locker at 129 Durham Street West, Lindsay, Ontario ,K9V2R6, Canada, available 24/7.
  3. Enter your unique code to unlock the locker and retrieve your system.

This eliminates shipping costs and provides a convenient, contact-free way to drop off and pick up your repaired console on your own schedule!
